This lack of transparency caused unnecessary confusion at checkout the refund process took longer than expected. The staff seemed inadequately trained regarding hotel policies.

The location was excellent, just steps from the main attractions. The breakfast offered many delicious options. The pool was beautiful and clean. The reception staff offered great recommendations for local dining. I always got quick and helpful answers.
I found the gym to be somewhat small, it could use more free weight equipment.
